FAQ's
  1. How long is a rental period?

      A full 24 hours from the time you pick up the machine.

  2. Do I get a discount if I rent more than one machine? Or if I rent for more than one day?

      Yes we offer a multi-day or a multi machine discount for three or more machines, or three or more days. You cannot get both discounts together.

  3. What are the requirements to rent a machine?

      You must be 21 or older, with a valid credit card, and valid drivers license. (We also accept debit cards.)

  4. Do you require a security deposit?

      Yes, All machines require a security deposit they vary depending upon machine reserved.

  5. Are you open on Sunday's?

      Yes, we are open from 9:00-5:00

  6. What are the requirements for holiday weekends?

      Eaglerider requires a three day minimum on all major holiday weekends. We also require a 100% non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancell the deposit is non-refundable. But can be used in our store as a rain check for up to one year from date of reservation.

  7. Do you offer Insurance?

      Yes call for information.

  8. Do you rent trailers?

      Yes, we offer a large selection of trailers ranging from ATV tote trailers to single place trailers, all the way up to six place trailers. For prices see our trailer heading. Trailers are only available for rent with a machine rental.

  9. Can I take the machine out of state?

      Yes, some states require a visiting tag while in their state. Please contact the state you are going to visit.

  10. If you are closed on holidays, and Sundays do we still get charged if we have the machines?

      Yes, we do not compensate for driving time, Sundays, or holidays. If the machine is out of the shop it is on paid rental time.

  11. What if I am late for my scheduled pick up or drop off.

      Eaglerider charges $70.00 per hour for all late machines. If you miss your scheduled pick up time, it then becomes first come first serve. We will do our best to get you out as quickly as possible. So please be on time.

  12. What if I get there after you are closed? Will I be charged an additional day?

      Yes, you may have jepordized another customers rental. So please be on time for your drop off.

  13. Can I come early and pick up my machine?

      Yes, as long as you call ahead and make sure it is ok with the schedule we will try our best to move you up.

  14. What if I damage a machine?

      Damage on machines in not uncommon in fact it happens quite frequently. We like to keep our machines in good condition for the next renter. If damage does occur while in your possession you will recieve a damage report with your complete costs. All damages must be paid for immediatley upon return.

  15. Can someone other than myself drop off or pick up the rental machine?

      Yes, whoever picks up the machine is fully responsible for the rental and the drop off of the machine. Including all damages and lost rental days.

  16. What if my machine breaks down? Can I get my money back?

      Call Eaglerider immediatly and explain the situation. Hopefully we can troubleshoot the problem over the phone and get you on your way. If we cannot we ask that you trailer the machine, and we will give you an instore credit for a future rental. Store policy is instore credit only. We do not cover rider error!
